Well if anyone is wondering if a Model 50 exist as the web site suggests, wonder no longer. The Manley I purchased out here in Sun City, CA is a model 50.
I can't tell any difference between it and a 48 but never the less, the model 50 does exist.

I thought I saw some photos once of a Model 50 which had some sort of cover panel or drawer over the normally open space above the seasoning bin which previous models have. Does yours have this?

Ross this model 50 has no open space above the seasoning bin. There is exactly 14 inches from the bottom of the seasoning bin to the top of the pump housing which takes it up to the area just below the pan where these is a 1 1/2 inch stainless trim (not removable).

Well that's a definite difference between the Model 50 and earlier M’s.

Slight correction to my earlier post.
I put the seasoning drawer and pump back in my model 50 and there is a small space above the pump housing. Sorry about the error. There is a small drawer on the top right of the seasoning bin.
